Siliconflex 9 Cavity Mini Madeleine cookie pan. Made in Italy. New, includes a booklet that may have some instructions. Cavities measure approximately 68x45MM, or 2 1/2 x 1 3/4 x 1/2 inches, and the overall pan measures 11 1/2 x 7 inches. Flexible pan is easier to clean and store. Silicone pans should be placed on a cookie sheet when baking.
