Cavities measure approximately 60MM, or 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches, and the overall pan measures 11 3/4 x 7 inches. Flexible pan is easier to clean and store. Silicone pans should be placed on a cookie sheet when baking.
