MISSING the Tree and Bay Window pieces, but the other 5 metal pieces (roof, end, front/back, chimney, window) and instructions (well used, a bit dirty and it looks like a small area burned a little but everything is readable) are present, as is the original box (worn, has tape around to keep it closed and price sticker residue). Used condition. Pieces have an antique look to them - the metal has darker marks in some places - this just comes with age/use but doesn't affect its use (just the cosmetic appearance).
